Is it on carpet? Must be or else you won't be in a stew about this. First, if you have pets, get a bottle, even gallon size, of the enzyme cleaner for pets. It handles what comes out all three openings.

With paper towel pick up what you can. Hold you nose, it will be stinky. Next you should use an enzyme cleaner, not having that, water and a grease cutting cleaner. Actually dish soap is a good grease cutter. Why grease? Well, when they poo the also excrete an oily substance from their anal glands. Aren't you happy to know this? Put on gloves or put your hand in a plastic bag and using your fingers, try to get underneath and clean upward. You don't want to force the stuff down into the carpet. Not too much water. Blot to dry and then rinse with clear water, blotting after each. Club soda would help if you have any. Don't make a special trip. Then I always have to go back over the spot once it dries and use a carpet shampoo. Fortunally they have premixed solutions so it's just a matter of spray and blot.

But, my word!
It's so big it's absurd

But you're in luck
If you own a hand truck...
