Is it on carpet? Must be or else you won't be in a stew about this. First, if you have pets, get a bottle, even gallon size, of the enzyme cleaner for pets. It handles what comes out all three openings.

With paper towel pick up what you can. Hold you nose, it will be stinky. Next you should use an enzyme cleaner, not having that, water and a grease cutting cleaner. Then I always have to go back over the spot once it dries and use a carpet shampoo. Fortunally they have premixed solutions so it's just a matter of spray and blot.
