Check your settings. There are warm/warm settings. The part about the dirty marks, is you filled it to full. Your clothes should be able to move through the water and that way becomes clean.Cute pooch!

I guess what you are saying that your washer does not clean your clothes. Your washer is not old. What kind of Detergent do you use to clean your clothes...Calgon is more of a water softner that you said you`re using. You need to get a good brand of detergent. There are many on the market like Tide, Cheer, All. Also your washer does not heat the water that comes from your hot water heater that`s plumbed out to your washing machine. I wash most of my clothes in warm wash and cold rinse. You need to check your washer and set the hot, warm, cold dial for your wash. It should be on the washer just above the washer door. It is normal to also rinse your clothes in cold water..Set all of your settings and buy some good detergent and your laundry should come out great!!Good Luck to you and your washer!! I have to ask a question ok how old are you? Is this your first time with a washer to do your laundry?

Whether your washer is old or new, i dont think any would get certain marks or stains or ground-in dirt out.
I have a brand new washer, use a good well know brand of washing powder(bold), a stain remover powder(oxy-clean)+ a fabric softener, but no matter how many washes of certain materials i do theyre not guanteed to be clean.
I have found that pre-treating stains by soaking in a bucket of either stain remover or washing-up liquid 1st helps...

the only time the washer spins with warm water is before it goes to rinse after that it should be cold you washer could do with a service i think the life of a washer is six years that proberly why it isn't getting your clothes clean

Maybe you need to give your machine a good clean out. Make sure your washing machine is empty then fill the dispenser with biological powder and run the machine at 90' it should be ok then :)
