As long as you two can keep professional, there should be no problem. My boyfriend and I worked together when we first started dating and I ended up having to find another job because he got jealous of me talking to other guys. As long as it doesn't bother anyone, I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed.

If you both are mature enough to handle it.
I'm doing it right now, and it's rough. You can't say what you want to say, or kiss him whenever you want. You cannot get mad when he does his work and doesn't have time to talk to you. But mainly, it's the disagreements and spats that are the hardest. You can't resolve them at work, you go through the whole day tense and angry. It could be disrupting to other co-workers.
Be careful and don't jeapordize your job.

IF you really really like that person, but remember that work is work and personal life is personal life, so treat him like another worker at work. Dont nicer or make inside jokes. And it should all work out. Just remember that if you break up with him ull have to see his face everyday (and treat him nice, so if you must end, end it right and with good terms). Otherwise Good luck and think really closely every step you make.

People do it all the time. Work is where my mom met my step dad. But at the same time, it can cause conflict. To much time together and jealousy can be a problem.

i would date at work but never with a superior. as they can hold stuff over you and make you feel obligated to do things normally not in your job description. Very tricky situation! Use wise judgment here

I don't think theres any rule against it. Just be careful that it doesn't make things awkward. If ye break up on bad terms it could make you lives a living hell.

'Should'? Who gets to determine that? There is no 'should', there is only 'is' or 'isn't'. Life 'should' be fair, but it isn't. There 'shouldn't' be starvation, pollution and disease, but there is.
If you think you can date someone at work safely, and it doesnt go against work policy, do it. If not, dont.
