how do you fix windows from freezing?

Install redhat or SUSE linux, because windows always freezes

usually because of:
1. not enough memory
2. spyware or other garbage running

I would try to compact/reorganize your hard drive and remove any garbage programs from your machine

Did this start after you installed something?

Also you need to install all windows updates to your machine

Use antifreeze.
