I am a B. com (Hons) graduate passed out in 2005. I have joined a BPO into the Level 1, 1.6 years ago and managed well to get the position of a Team Lead by 1 year of Joining. This my first job and find I am not paid even 50% to the industry Standard. Friends working in lower levels than me are earning more than me in other companies. Should I manage to stay back or should I go ahead searching for some Pay

I know where you are coming from but if you are happy where you are I would think carefully of moving..money really isn't everything ..if you move to a higher paid job there is a very good chance there will be more back stabbing and office politics going on...ultimately its your decision so think it thro carefully before you act.
