it may be due to eating lots of acidic foods ie... pickled onions, lemons, vinegar etc.. or drinking lots of fizzy drinks.

hey i would suggest you do a test then u can establish what the bubbles are.

if the test is negative its prob wind or just normal body bubbling,

if positive go to your gp and they will work out ecaxctly how far on u may be

nothin to worry about I also had this but not any more.

it just not eating at proper times. when u do not eat at regular time ur digestion also doesn,t work properly because at times there is no food to work on and at times suddenly there is a lot of food to work on, and when it is that way it gets stored and after some time it starts decompossing releasing gases.
so eat small portions and at regular intervals, and drink a lot of water through out the day as it well flush out the toxins and acid from ur system and help in a good bowl movement.

Start and finish ur day with 1-2 glasses of water

This will centarnly solve ur problem.

Sure your belly isn't rumbling? Or maybe the others are right and you just need a big fart! But I hope no one is around if that's what it is cos it'll probably make you faint!
