how are you supposed to use the pessary its confusing?

Put the little egg shaped pill on top of the needle like plunger.. sit or lie down so you can reach your (ehem) comfortably. Slide this into your (ehem) and push the plunger up this will push the pill just up to your cervix then the heat of your body will make this melt and then it will work its way back out of you... wearing a panty pad would be advisable!!!

Yes your right it is confusing. This is what i did. I lay on my bed and just like you would be if you were having a baby, then get the applicator and but the pessary in the top part and then insert it just like you would a Tampax or lilet.

you put the pessary into the holder, then you insert it into your vagina, then push the button thing on the holder and it will come out the holder and stay put, up there. after 1 or 2 days you will get a powdery discharge, this is normal.

not only confusing but difficult i had to use whilst pregnant position your self as thou having a smear, place fingers on max mark and insert until you have reached your fingers and then push the tube in to insert the cream.

What you need to do is dialute 1 in 100ml of water stir it a little and then drink it !
