how to remove UNTITLED from print outs?

everything that is printed out top page of mutiple pages or single page is covered with the word UNTITLED sometimes hiding information due to printing of word why?

More information would help, but possible because of watermarking.

Check the printer's settings for watermarking.

What program are you using? Notepad puts this at the top of all pages by default. There is a hack which can get rid of it, but you can simply switch to WordPad which has no such title.

start - run
type write and hit enter.
