im an ebayier and i want to know how fast it takes to transfer funds from pay pal to a pay pal verfied seller...its says 1-5 days but that cant be right?

Well the payments are credited to the Paypal accounts immediately, but the banks don't settle everything for a few days.
The problem with credit cards is that sometimes Paypal will ok the payment and other pending transactions will cause it to be rejected later by the bank.

as long because of the fact the credit card is linked to the paypal account, the acquisition will take the 5 funds on your account first, then fee your credit card. word that on the paypal website it does in fact say in the experience that your account would not have sufficient money to purchase this merchandise, this is going to fee your card. as long as ITS linked!!
