As far as I can see 70% of the world lives as we do; otherwise we're from another planet - from where exactly did we get our history, genealogy, education, culture..etc.?

I never said that. Fact is, I don't care in the least what other countries think of us or for what reason they think that way.

Of course, seeing how our population emigrates in droves to other countries, it is obvious that they are better places than the US. It's too bad nobody wants to immigrate to the US.

Everyone we speak with who has returned from anywhere overseas says the same thing: "You wouldn't believe how much better people are living outside the US." It is hard to believe, eh?
