You are supposed to be confused!! That is how they keep you coming back for more, obviously. Me, I want to know how he can easily use a computer, with email access, when there has been such major bombing that huge chunks of the net MUST be gone and there is nothing but staticy scenes on the TV. Must be some really good technology he's hooked up with, huh?!

He obviously knows more about what happened than he’s sharing with us. Maybe he knew about the catastrophe before it happened, worked with groups testing things. Probably that’s why he has his family lying about their identities. What I’d like to know…how in the world he has access to the web when all lines of communications seemed to be wavering. And what did that short-wave radio message say? The one he received in first show…he pocketed it, remember? Anyway, I'm hooked on the show, hope it stays around long enough to answers all our questions.

It seems like he is more than a cop and that he might be part of a group who did the destruction of the various cities..

I feel he may be a top notch spy and that it is really his family but they are having to lie for him.He knows way to much about the bombings and why does he have all that equipment in his basement now?

It seems he knew that guy. It also seems that his family is not really his or maybe he was not really from St. Louis. I guess we'll find out more.
