I heard that tea tree suppositories are a good herbal remedy for yeast infections and/or vaginitis.

Tea tree oil undiluted is too strong. Yes, tea tree oil has antifungal properties, as do garlic, oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, lavender, peppermint oil and many other herbs.

I highly recommend you consult a naturopath before making your own home cures. Sometimes yeast infections can be chronic, coming back your whole life due to childhood over-use of antibiotics, etc.

A naturopath can help you make dietary changes that, together with suppositories, will clear up your yeast once and for all.
