Check eHow, they've even got pictures on how to do it. Plus, they've got tons of tips from regular folks that may be even better.

You did not say if the ink was ballpoint or a marker. I hope you haven`t wash and dried your bag. First turn your bag inside to the outside and spray hairspray on your bag. Let it set for a few minutes and then check the ink marks. You could also get this spray called oxiclean and use that. That should take the stain out of your tote bag..Oxiclean is a good product. I use it in all my wash.

It depends on the ink. Generaly solvents. Alcohol should work on india inks and most markers. Paint thinners or laquer thinners for most ball point and other markers. Just make sure it wont eat nylon. nylon resists most common solvents but is harmed by strong acids and some petroleum based strong solvents. wash out with detergent after thinning.
I would start by trying to work a bit of dish soap into it first and seeing how that works, just a bit straight from the bottle. then try some alcohol(rubbing alcohol is fine), If that does nothing then try the mineral spirits( lighter fluid or paint thinner) but now it is starting to get dangerous and you are better to just live with it, or get a new bag.

My mom used to always use hairspray to get it out. Just aquanet or any cheap brand of aerosol hairspray. Otherwise there are these little yellow bottles down the detergent aisles... I can't remember the name or brand but they are pretty small and each one is designed to remove a different item. I'm sure they have one for ink. They are amazing though! I always use the one for getting condiments out... pretty sure I can't eat a hot dog without spilling ketchup and mustard all over my favorite shirt! lol! Good Luck!

You might try hairspray. I have had luck with it removing ink before. Also I have used Fantastik "oxypower" its in a blue bottle in the cleaning section at your local wal mart or preferred store.

you'll by no skill trust me notwithstanding it extremely extremely works, you need to placed the stain right into a pot with milk and leave it there for some hours or perhaps the entire evening. I extremely have finished it and it extremely works, my maid develop into the only which informed me about this.
