Yeah I think so. The way I saw it was that they are b/c it didnt really focus on the whole "War" did it?

Terminator 4 is currently in production, with a 2008 release. Of course, John Conner (played by Nick Stahl) will be in it. But Arnold will not because of his political position.

I doubt it cause when Arnold took office as California's governor he said he won't make any movie's while he is in office. So I guess not.
