I know that some women still have what seems to be their "period" during pregnancy. For those who have, how was it different from your regular period and how long did it last?

Although you don't have a period during pregnancy... I assume that why you put the word in quotations. Some women experiencing spotting during the 1st trimester. If you are in fact pregnant and bleeding I would contact you OBGYN and be examined ASAP. Bleeding during pregnancy is never a good thing. It may be nothing, but, better safe then sorry. Good luck.

my period is normally heavy. When I had my so called period(and was pregnant at the time)...it was light and only for a few days. But becuase i thought that it was my period(and had tested negative shortly before hand) I ended up going out drinking with my hubby(whoops!!) and found out 3 weeks later that I was pregnant! OH and my husbands mom had her period for 3 months while she was pregnant with him.

You dont have a period. Its called implantation bleeding. My was very light and didnt last long. You also see the colors pink and brown. Not heavy and red like a normal period.

i had my period until i was 4 months preg it varies some peolpe are diffrent also your family history plays big part to and it was no diffrent then my regular period some days lighter than others but always check with your doctor

My sister did for 4 months, just discharge, not heavy, if the color is like your normal period, you better go the doctor, make sure your not dilating, or on the verge of a miscarry.I thiink you'll be fine. but always be safe, not sorry

YOU CAN NOT GET A PERIOD WHILE PREGNANT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!! yOU CAN HAVE BLEEDING WHICH IS CALLED EARLY PREGNANCY BLEEDING BUT ITS NOT A PERIOD AND ANYTIME THERE IS BLEEDING A DR SHOULD BE CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY. YOU DO NOT OVULATE WHEN YOU ARE PREGNANT AND WHEN YOU HAVE A PERIOD YOU OVULATED THAT MONTH SO ITS NOT A PERIOD IF YOUR PREGNANT. ASK ANY DR OR GOOGLE IT. SO MANY CLAIM THEY DID OR NO SOMEONE THAT DID AND AS I SAID ITS NOT A PERIOD!!!!

its not, its the same and you wont really even know that you are pregent but yyes you can get it
