I don't see a radiator cap?

If there isn't one on the radiator, it's on the overflow container or near the top of the engine.

at the bottom of the radiator,there is a wing nut.there is a clear plastic container located on top next to the radiator have a radiator cap.once all the fluid is drain,disconnect the heater valve and connect a garden hose to it. turn on the water valve and there will be more coolant pouring out. once you see clear water,connect everything and add coolant.mix the coolant first before you add to the radiator or bottle.

There should be a screw out plug at the bottom (flat head screw-driver) If that does not work then try taking the lower hose of and let the fluid run out, then put the hose back on and then dump in your new fluid( If You just want to add new and there is no cap use the overflow tank ( To the right of motor by headlight)to add it to
