Yeah, I totally agree. People have no life and don't have any brains to think of something else.

Yes it is sad that he died & trust me ur not the only one sick of hearing this, unfortunately it only happened yesterday & the people answering or asking questions here on yahoo answers seem not to read any of the other questions & just go straight to asking the same question that was asked like 10 -15 minutes earlier. i dont know why this is, but if u look at most of the questions, everyone has asked the same question about Cory Lidle, it's just phrased differently. The one question that I can't seem to understand is, if it's all over the news, why would someone come here to Yahoo Answers and ask, 'is it true that Cory Lidle is dead?' , or 'did the Yankees pitcher really die?'. You know, I understand this is hard to believe & it is a tragic thing not only for his wife & son, but also for the others who died due to that accident, but why would people ask that, you hear it all over the news.

I somewhat agree we should ban most questions, I understand he passed away. I'm indeed a Yankee fan, however I think they should be a limit of questions per sub-category, like five per topic.... Going a bit off topic; I recall when Angle let to TNA all the Wrestling Questions were about Kurt really going to TNA and it was sicking to see that it been answer one too many times people don't believe it. However about Lidle, he was a great player, a great human being as far I could tell. He will be miss, he will be mourn but enough is enough and now let him and demise rest in peace....

If you passed away, wouldn't you want someone to mourn for you? It's the media, and unfortunately we give into anything they lay on us and it has become a vicious cycle.
I'm not really a baseball fan, so I can't say that I had prior knowledge of this Lidle dude before his accident. I can say that if I followed baseball, I would probably be sad, too -as you feel a connection to people when you share interests/follow their career.
I know if Trent Reznor died tomorrow, I would be sad too.

Of course it got a lot of attention. He was a somewhat famous athlete AND a plane crashing into a building in downtown NYC is going to get a lot of attention in the post 9/11 world.

properly I accept as true with you. YA become in all probability all started with the excellent of intentions, being a place the place the unfastened substitute of information could be of benefit to all human beings. notwithstanding that is grew to become into young ones and human beings who think of they are being 'clever' or 'humorous' via beating a number of those ineffective horses many times lower back. the unique reason of 'Ask. answer. locate.' isn't served via repeated questions approximately 2012 or the moon landings or human beings in simple terms soliciting for critiques. One I observed on the instant become "What could take place if Neptune fell into the sunlight?" that is style of like asking what could you think of if terrorists broke into your place and tried to get rid of your eyes with a corkscrew. What ought to every person think of? Why challenge asking something like that? specific, i ought to easily ignore approximately those questions, and that i do for the main area. yet why ought to I be the guy who has to control my habit? Yahoo isn't showing any accountability, neither are the morons who ask those questions (sometimes many times). i've got tried to take a number of those posters to job for dropping anybody's time, and gotten notes from Yahoo approximately breaching the T.O.S. for my challenge. it quite is a tragic day whilst anybody is so frightened of rocking the boat that they permit a minority of questionable intelligence to run the instruct.

If you ban Cory Lidle questions, then you would have to ban Thurmon Munson questions and Davey Allison questions too.

Living in NYC, I haven't heard or read real news since this happened yesterday. It's very heartbreaking that he and the instructor died, but it took my 40 minutes just to get the weather this AM.
Just remember there will be a lot of small minded folks making dumb jokes and being heartless and insensitive, you just have to ignore them.

It just happened yesterday, and he was a fairly well-known pitcher, so of course people are going to be talking about it. All the talk will stop within a few days.
