It does not come from the word *****. Which is Spanish for
DARK. Which can refer to a color or emotion.
It comes from a real word in the English language, niggard.
It means stingy. (stin-gee).
Having spent most of my life around Black folk, I can tell you, Blacks know how to share. "If I got a dollar, you got a dollar."
I learned that from Blacks.
So for what it's worth my Brothers and Sisters. When ignorant
people use that nasty N word. It don't even APPLY!

Personally to gain respect you must respect yourself, so in the contrary black people need to stop using that word to each other. I think it's very uneducated, if it was so bad, and wrongful when the other race used it to call us such thing, than black themselves shouldn't think it's OK to use it to call each other name today. Because every time i hear it, it brings back the wound, the pain, the hatred, the massacre, the cruelty of the past which store in my memory, because until these days we have to fight to better ourselves so that's the reason why whether you black or white do not come to my face with that word. Just not in my vocabulary.

The statement in the question is completely false. All good quality dictionaries agree that the word comes from Spanish ***** = black or dark.
"Niggard" and "*********" are really old English words, found in Shakespeare and earlier. They are not known to have anything to do with black people or black things. Recently, some local government officials in Britain have displayed their ignorance by objecting to the word "*********" on racial grounds.

I personally would never use that kind of language, But I come from a mixed family... A little white and a little Black. People who talk like garbage normally are garbage and I would not even open my ears to that nonsense.

Well, since I wasn't born in the US I still have some trouble grasping the full meaning of the N word. The only thing I know for sure is that I LOVE ALL PEOPLE!
