Ish. You can exercide your ability to answer IQ tests, though not your actual intelligence. Probably more productive to alter your attitude to intellectual problems and be more willing to experiment with other methods.

You can keep your brain nimble to prevent decay, but you can't really increase IQ. It's your ability to learn.

you can try to slow down your reduction in IQ as you age by doing mental exercises, crosswords, sudoku etc
