It may not have been a publicly traded company, and if so it wouldn't be listed on any stock exchange. You should write to the Department of Corporations of the state of Massachusetts to see if they have any information on the company's status. If there is no redemption value, it may have value as a collectible certificate if it has an interesting picture on it. You would neet to contact a company that deals in old certificates, such as
