Everytime a friend of mine logged into Q&A all the level 7 people keep kicking him off for no reason. All he wants to do is answer questions and all the level 7 people keep reporting him. Now tell me do you think that is fair for him.

I would not generalize people like that. I like many level 6 people here. HEY, I've only been a level 7 for a couple of weeks... I haven't changed a bit.
Let's see, I've been using Yahoo Answers since May. I have seen and answered the same questions dozens of times. Yes, I have even opened up an old answer that seemed correct to me, and used COPY and PASTE to provide the answer that is already here. So obviously, some new users don't search for their question before asking it. Many questions can be found quickly... so some folks that have been here for a long time, answering the same questions over and over again get a bit CRANKY.... But I go for the BEST ANSWER, so being polite is the way to go.
But there is no level 8. Since I have nothing to gain anymore, maybe I should get CRANKY. :-)

i think there should be more new tools like when u reach level 2 u can vote what can u do when u go to 7? theres no point so im good with level 2

I think a level 8 should be created.... called the COW level (see world of warcraft)....only obtainable by giving good recomendations to answered questions. With a limit of good responses allowed per day. Negaitve responses would require more positives to overcome them. When you reach the COW level a little cow can be added to your avatar.
