I made 7 calls to these people 09.10 and my bill showing online they have charged for 21 calls 14 calls I didn't make. I had this trouble with these people 6 months ago and I complained and they said a third person dealt with that they couldnt comment after 3 weeks Has anyone else experienced this with Quizcall and do you think it is them overcharging or would you think its a fault of BT

if you like playing these sort of channels like i do, why don't you use the free web entry system, don't be fooled thinking you will never get through just because its free because it is possible, just don't run up huge bills in the process otherwise you will not profit in winning as a majority of you're win will go back to them as you pay your phone bill i have got through to the studio lots of times using the web, i have called and never got on, and through the web entry i have so i have figured the web entry is the best route to take if you do still play these channels, As for the phone bill issue before i got my pc i admit i had rang it a few times and yes i had the same issue with my bill saying i had rang more times than i thought i had but i just thought i must have rang it more times than i thought, if you are sure that it is charging you for ringing it when you havnt you should take the matter further, hope you get it sorted :)

Don't be a mug and stop ringing in, sounds like yer hooked, its daylight robbery, these channels are such a drag, so drawn out and such a con, and who ends up worse off, people who didn't have much money to begin with, these greedy tv channels should be banned, charging you when you don't even get through is a disgrace, they could take much more phone calls into the studio if they wanted to but the longer they draw it out, the more money they are making from dragging it out, thousands from the phone calls, the money prize is a pittance in comparison, they are making more than this loads of times over, delete these channels from your freeview box, I have, they are a waste of space, they will keep going as long as there are morons that are prepared to be duped. Why did you bother with them again when you've had probelms with them before, the presenters must think what mugs people are and have a laugh at their expense when they come off the set, you can see them smirking alot, its crazy, they make out they are laughing at something else, who are they trying to kid...oh yeah....gullible silly people.

those quiz channels are SICK. They are a total rip off and you are a total greedy sap for, A. thinking you can get through. B. Thinking you can get the answer right (they pluck the answers out of mid air, didn't you know) C. for watching that sh¡t in the first place.

Cut your losses and never, ever watch any of those channels again!

I would contact BT in the first instance. It might be a fault that they can resolve.
