You must first obtain licensing in each state you are interested in selling RE.

licenses don't go from one country to another. contact any board of Realtors or the state license board to find out.

No, but you may be able to have some of your classes for the license here excused. Go to a real estate school here to find out.

I don't think there is reciprocity with the Country of Canada so in the state that you are going to practice you will need to start all over again in the state's licensing requirements.

I think you need to just take the licensing exam again since the laws are pretty much the same. I don't think you would have to retake the course.

No...every state has different rules...you have to licensed in that state.
