go for it. If you feel well enough. Alot of times it actually may make you feel better.

Yes, in fact exercise will often reduce the feeling of cramps. Any exercise that you normally do is appropriate during your period. If you feel really crampy maybe ease up. For example if you typically run, walk instead.

Exercise will help reduce cramps and backaches. The Yoga instructors all say not to do inverted exercises when you have your period. I'm not sure why. Just don't stand on your head. Otherwise you can do whatever exercises you regularly do.

Yes, it very good to exercise during your period I would assume cardio or yoga I heard. Yoga kind of relaxes your body(cramps, backache) I would do some research exercise is never bad unless your injured. I just read something before and it's vague.

Exercise is actually recommended for less cramping. Any exercise. I stick with any kind of aerobic or cardio work.

yes, ussually it helps with my cramps. If you feel bad, just walk on the treadmill or something minor like that, light cardio in general....but it really helps with my hormonal and energy levels too!

Yes, you can do anything. You can do anything that you wold regularly go. Just make sure that if you are in the pool to wear a tampon.

I think yoga is good because the twisting and rocking help the digestive track and get your circulatory and lymphatic system moving rapidly!

you should be able to excercise.. recently they came out with some tampons called tampex active or something like that. Check your local drugstore or target.
