Any day now. Probably after he turns 4 months or so. Enjoy this while it lasts though!!

It all depends on the baby. How much stimulation is he getting through the day - if he's still sleepy most of the time it could be that he needs something to occupy him.

there is no time limit.
Different babies mature and develop faster than others.
Be gratefull now he sleeps a lot as once he gets going you will be asking how to slow him down!
Enjoy the moment it wont last long!
