(The radius of the cylinder =14 inches.

circumference =pi * Diameter
circumference =pi * (2*radius)
circumference =pi * (2*14)
circumference =pi * 28
circumference =87.92 inches.)

c. is the answer, but pi*d works without dividing by two then multiplying times 2.... 14 times pi or:

43.98229716

The circumfence is 14X2Xpi(3.1416)=87.96. I suppose a. is best, but you must multiply the radius by 2

Multiply by "2pi" (which is not one of your answers). 3.14 would give you an approximation. The answer is 28pi.
