U r governed by the private international law. Alimony rules are more liberal in Western Countries compared to the East and the Courts are better disposed towards women being divorced.

Find yourself some legal advice, every country has different laws when it comes to divorce and financial rights. It will depend on how long you have been married to this man.
He will also have rights to your child and will have to provide somehow.

They don't like seperate a child from its mother, there would have to be serious problems with the mother, like drug addiction and such.
Financially if you are don't work then you might just get some alimony but if you work you will get none, and you will get child support amount depending on the household income.

Once married and you get a divorce then you are eligible for alimony for you and the baby for life.
