There will never be another Beckham.....
I have yet to see any england player who can cross like Beckham........not even Pennant.
When its Free kick time, you can see it on their faces, they wish Beckham were there to save the day. Players like Crouch, Rooney, Defoe like to know that they can run behind defence and expect an accurate cross from no other than Beckham.....right now they are just worried about being caught offside!

Potentially yes, if Crouch can learn to head a ball and not jump all over the back of defenders. The lad's well over 6 foot, but still feels the need to climb all over defenders who are six inches shorter than him. Also, for someone so tall, you'd think that the coaching staff would spend some time with him, telling him how to actually head a ball properly.
Trouble with that idea is that I don't feel that Rooney is able to play alongside Crouch so it would lessen the impact he would have on a game.

i agree! Beckham should be back in the England team, but no Mclaren doesn't wanna choose him but instead chooses the young players witt no experience, hes ruined the England 11

I agree, Beckham is one of Englands best players. They really miss his passing, crossing and frees.

I agree but Mclaren is far too stubborn to call back Becks, i cant see it happening.
