first get an apple and bring it to class then eat the apple and crap her a fruit salad !?! if this does not impress her then you are screwed !
Seriously , if you feel this way might be time for you to go t othe deans office and set an appointment up with the dean of students and the teacher and yourself and express your concerns .
This way you have someone on the school staff who can listen and have an objective opinion on the matter .Might want to have one of your parents there for you also. This way it shows you are concerned and wish for the air to be cleared. If the Dean wants to he can place you in another class with a different teacher so you can work on gettign a better grade.

i had a teacher just like this, who even bullied me and brought me to tears. In the end i decided to stick it through and pull my socks up. Just got my transcript back and she gave me a good grade even though i thought she hated me.

ask her what you can do to make extra credit, or what you can do to improve your grade. I'd have a hidden tape recorder, taping her on her advice to you. That way if she say's anything nasty when you're nice, you can get her fired and have a teacher that knows how to teach. Make sure you say her name when recording her!

Talk to her ask her what you can do to improve in her class, maybe you are sending the wrong signals that maybe you don't care or are not interested. Once she knows you are interested and care about your grades she will change her perception of you.

Teacher performance has no boundaries. Vote for "pay for performance". Other than that you can kiss her a$se and hope she likes it.
