I have a simple short black sleeveless dress. I was wondering, what could I do to it that would be fast, easy and inexpensive to make it a GREAT halloween costume? Like I said, there's nothing special to it. It comes up about 5 inches above the knee, it's sleeveless and it's plain black. I want to be sexy....
I'm about 5'3, reddish hair, green eyes and I wear a size 3 jeans.
Do you have any suggestions?

Buy some black cat ears and sexy fishnets and buy removable velcro strips and velcro a cat tail on your bum...don't forget the heels.

Wearing a stick on "Hello my name is"...sticker with GOD or SATAN cant go wrong when keeping it simple and unique.
You could do your make up and hairstyle to compliment the dress along with some great shoes and look like a celeb, like Beyonce or Angelina Jolie or something.
