Is penile replacement surgery really going to work?

Seems the man that got a new one was ok with it, but his wife wasn't. Not sure why.. I mean, I would go bigger if I could too! It's all ego!!!!

dont do that!! size doesnt matter!! just get a good knowledge, technique and positions to please your wife during sex and earn self confidence and trust in yourself and believe me.... "IT REALLY WORKS!
