Ace Hardware.
I stopped in one day in the morning, first time, to get a few bolts for a project, being not familiar with this one store, I started to just wander around looking for the dept. I needed.
As I walked around looking for "help", one male employee was cussing and having a "fit", grabbing and throwing pieces of plumbing pipe out onto the floor from off the rack.
Another one was complaining, swearing to another, because her boss told to go to the bank.
I'm standing in an large open area, seeing and listening to this go on, when another male employee comes up behide me out of nowhere pushing a cart of stock, and says "excuse me", 'bout running me over, and still didn't stop with an offer of assistance.
Finally, after I walked around some more, I came up on two other employees visiting with each other, one says what do you need?
When I told him what I was looking for, he goes, "oh, ya", they're over there in aisle #, and just points to across the store without an offer to assist me even when I got over there.
I found the parts I needed,but when I went to the check-out, the lady there seemed pleasant.
I told her of the experience that just took place, told her she had nothing to do with the it, but that I would not be back in the future as a costumer.
These employees where not young kids, they were all mid-fifties and up.

Home Depot is the worst. Most of them are minimmum wagers that know nothing and all have an attitue. Also, when you want some service, no one will help you outside of their department. Like they even know anything in their own department. Also, the people in customer service act like dmv workers. If you don't like working there, quit!! I do not understand how they have non english speaking personnel in customer service. I understand hamve the people in there speak spanish, but the other 1/2 speaks english people!!

Walmart well the one in our area. In the middle od the holidays they have 2 registers open and wonder why the customers are hostile. And any other time of year, just try and get help on the floor the Managers are the worst at not wanting to do their job.

Circuit City and Best Buy....try getting help in there...at least the kid a McD's know what a hamburger is...ask a kid at either of these places to tell you which TV is best and they don't even know what a pixel is....
CC hurt itself when it started employing kids that would take minimum wage. The only place I will go now is HHGREGG, at least the salespeople are trained to understand the difference!

Wal-Mart they think every ones a thief. There employee at door watches me pay for two heavy cases of soda. Then still going to ask me to look at receipt. Told them if I had to put down these heavy cases someone from there store would have to pick back up and put in my car. Got no response kept walking to car without stopping.

uh, yeah...taco bell....they can't seem to get the simplest order right. I have banned them although at 1am the craving is hard to resist but, I do it! Wendy's customer service in the fast food relm is THE BEST by far!

Apple- i sent my pc in for repair, they repaired it, 5 days later i got it back, it had the same problem, after 1.5 hrs on the phone they said they had no record of repair and i needed to send it back to them for repair.
