Isn't it our right to carry as much money as we want?
It's just suspicious if you carry alot.

I personally would not carry around anything more than maybe $50. I normally carry around $25-35 or less. Most of my money is on my debit card, or elsewhere in my bank. It's safer that way.

I know $50 isn't a legal limit, but I just think it's unsafe to carry alot with you.

The only limit, as far as I know, is 10,000 when boarding an aircraft. If there are any other laws regarding a legal limit, I'm not aware of them, though it's generally not a good idea to keep large sums on you.

Nothing over 10,000. But you may want to double check with someone who actually knows.

possession of cash more than, say, 1000 dollars will look suspicious and you will have to show it is yours and you aren't a drug dealer. IMHO.

anything under 10 grand, in other words if you have 9,999 dollars you are still in the legal range

if 9999 is the highest limit then i think we can put 9999 in one pocket and another 9999 in another pocket as both pocket are distinctive.
