Right click on the empty desktop, and click on Properties.
Click on Settings.
Set the resolution you like, and click on Apply, and then Ok.

Open Internet Explorer
Click on View
Click on Font size
Reset it to the size you want
You can also change the size by holding down the ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel. That is probably how you accidently changed it to begin with.

There are a lot a ways to skin a cat. But you also click on view at the top of your browser page and set the font size there.

You can also go to control panel/screensaver/setting's and change it there.That is the only place i know to change your screen resolution
