Compare the rights and freedoms that we have here in the U.S.A and the rest of the world. (Choose a few countries as your examples). For example just in the news about Russian journalist being murdered for expressing their opinion. The state of unrest and uncertainty in Korea-people are suffering and have no real voice while the government pushes forward to create a strong military with nuclear capabilities.

Look to the news for your ideas there is wealth of information out there staring you in the face. Don't get caught up in the discussion of war. War is not a word that means good and friendly. The only purpose of a war is to take what is not yours, to free the oppressed with a hidden agenda, and to make your country richer. Good luck on your paper. Remember to double prood read and then have someone else read over your paper for mistakes.

One aspect of responsibility would be to think of your own ideas for this essay. No wonder so many Uni students are not up to it.
