Paypal is awesome! You need at least a bank account to start, I believe. Then you can add credit cards and more accounts. I have four accounts and four checkcards linked to paypal. I have a premier account there. I sell and buy online at Ebay, etc. Paypal has saved my pockets a couple of times now! I have had two separate instances where the seller didn't offer my refund or live up to their offer. Paypal protected me and my money. I was able to get my money back! Also, it is an awesome way to send and receive money easily and securely. Try it and you'll see!

It is completely safe. I use it all the time. Go to the website and sign up. It is free to use to buy things. If you want to sell and accept payments you can chose a simple account that only lets you accept money transfers. A business account lets you accept credit card payments but charges you fees everytime someone uses a credit card. Withdrawing funds is always free if you get the money transferred to a linked bank account. linking a bank account is the most important thing. Go for it!

go to paypal.com. you need at least a bank account in order to secure a paypal account. it is completely safe. i have had one for years now and i have never had any problems with it.
