Drink Pepsi! I know it may sound silly but when you drink Pepsi it causes you to burp a lot. This gets rid of the excess gas that you have in your body. I have done this many times and trust me it works.

Try some Anti-Gas medication like GasX or Simethicone.
If that does not help call or visit your doctor ,they could prescribe something stronger.
Hope this helps :)

Peppermint herbal tea can be helpful in relieving the problem. Avoid the problem in the first place by avoiding raw cruciferous foods and legumes.

there are some stretches you can do for flatulence.......get on all fours and rock back and forth.......then try to touch your head to your knees...then lift up and stretch your head as far towards your back as you can....also rub your stomach counter clockwise....start just below your ribs and rub all the way down to the pelvic bone also might want to try some gas x.

Try 'Beano.' There are lots of anti gas products out there. Also reconsider your diet. TUMS is another product to consider.

Peace....
