well i don't think so. i mean , if he still wants to kiss you it doesnt mean he is still in love with you,, he has definetely strong physical feelings for you, a deep pasion maybe, u know what i mean! but maybe even when you are expecting to listen he is still in love with you, the real thing is another,, that's my opinion and sorry if you feel dissapointed abou it!! bye

Dont read too much into a kiss. He sounds like a player and needs to prove to himself that he can still get you if he wanted to. Or else he knows that you are just there ""for the take"". Be very careful.

I think he is still unsure of what he wants, he will still care for you maybe even love you but he is probably finding it hard not seeing you everyday being there for him and he probably misses what he had with you and just wanted it back maybe not forever but just a minute to make him feel better. Dont look to much into it because you will just make it harder on you trying to deal with it.

He asked to patch up?then you may kiss him .If not,do not Kiss him.According to his definition he may Love you,But he should be sensitive and caring enough to not make you confuse and stuck in the middle.

He's using you. It's his way of keeping you where he wants you. He doesn't want to be with you, but he doesn't want anyone else to be with you either. Tell him to hit the road and move on.
