The actual artist is Paris Hilton. Amongst all the other false and stupid things she does, this is probably one of them. I'm almost positive she's either lip-syncing or the microphone is just not on. She probably just paid to have her name on yet another useless thing.

Lol...Kelly.... ha ha ha. Well, I will give you credit for not being absorbed by pointless celeb info! Its Paris Hilton as everyone else has stated and I think she sang it herself but that doesnt mean they left it as is! I am thinking they had alot of editing to make it "so good that I almost cry when I listen to it" ( Paris Hilton said something to that affect about her new CD)

I dont know about any Kelly doing it, but i know Paris Hilton, does a really bad job of the recording.....its so crap, my dog howls every time she hears it......

Paris may be really singing but I'm sure her voice has been maipulated to all hell to make her sound somewhat ok.
