HELP!

Does anyone have any experience of suing a solicitor for “Professional Negligence / Gross Incompetence."

I have an “ongoing” case that has been running since 1996.

I have not been allowed to work since 27/07/01 despite my family being british on both sides for many generations.

My father served 6 years in the 35 - 45 conflict with the 8th Army, both grandfathers in the 14 – 18 conflict. I have 12 Years british service, a total of 35 years in my chosen trade.

For what?

I often ask if it is still legal to rise from my bed, or should I simply remain lying there until I eventually rot.

At least I would be “one less mouth to feed”, (Barbie – the designer and first gaffer of Dachau vernichtungs lager).

The legal industry are now allowing the home office and the civil service in general to completely trash and ignore the entire Civil and Human Rights in this country.

"Professional"???

They are extremely fond of slamming others who do likewise!

How please do I sue in a world where legal aid is not available for a so-called "civil" case, & no pro-bono will touch such a case against fellow "masons".

Bob kerr!

I think you'd have a much better response if instead of being angry with the legal system you gave people some basic facts. Anyone who thinks Law and Justice are one and the same thing has never been involved in the British legal system but while I understand your frustration there may be minds out there, a lot sharper than mine, that possibly could help if they know the scenario you are talking about.
All that aside, good luck.

I agree the legal profession are parasites.
I thought most of the bad lawyers had mutated into politicians but you seem to have got one that hasn't yet evolved.
Contact the Law Society or Ombudsman and make a complaint, don't complain to your local MP he most likely is an ex lawyer.
