You have to be honest and tell them. It will be painfull at first for both of you, but in the long run, it's only fair. Set the other person free if you know their "not the one", so that they can possibly find someone who will love them.

Leave him.That happened to my ex husband .He is living with the **** who persue him when we were married and now for the past 2 years or so she's been seen this other handsome man (i may add).Everytime my ex goes to work 1 1/2 hour away she goes out with the guy and allthere are picture and all out there. Leave ,leave leave

it depends on the situation,if there are kids and marriage vow to be broken i should say,i will just stay i just ignore and forget for my love with someone else,i should not be selfish enough to put my family in problems...
well if the relationship with the one im living too is not that complicated,i should say i will be honest with him and with myself,i will start to put everything to where it should be.

if that person is ur friend & he is happy being in love wid sum1 else... then think happy for him... juz remember one thing buddy 2 love sum1 is madness, 2 b loved by sum1 is a gift,loving sum1 who loves u is a duty but being loved by sum1 whom u love is LIFE...so juz b friendz m sure u will b 2gethr 4ever n ever
