I put my boots on this morning at half seven and have taken them off just now before writing this, and my feet are very sore!!

Do they have a very high heel, sometimes when your use to walking in heels and then you take off your which is very flat can make your feet very sore. Weird but it happens to me.

Could be the heal height. Try party feet insoles. However, if your feet are hot, tired, you might not have noticed until you took the pressure off. You might not be able to get your boots back on easily until rested a little.

no longer all boots (or shoes) are created equivalent. The boots must be the excellent length to greater healthy your ft, and it might take some days of wearing them to "ruin them in", it quite is, the insole desires time to contour itself on your foot. till then your ft will sense sore for a on the same time as once you place on them.
