Near the Stourbridge/Kidderminster A449 junction I think.

Junction 2 Oldbury/Smethwick/Birmingham West
You can see two of them from the elevated section of the northbound M5:
1) on the same site as Toys R Us;
2) at the SavaCentre site at Oldbury.

the nearest one to the motorway is the toys' r' us one but theres one at droitwitch 1 minute from the motorway jcn
