Hey m answering this question but let me tell ya tht i m a boy.......
As far as playing with the hairs of a gal n poking her with a pencil is concerned i dun think it has got anythin to do with liking her or not.
Let me tell u one thing if a boy is serious abt a gal or likes her then he's not required to do these kinda silly things for showing it to her.
As far as i m n ma frnds(gang) are concerned no one of us will ever do such silly things.
But yaa if u r asking this question bcz someone is doin these things with u then baby i'll say tht u can never be sure if he likes u cz Boys never howl like wild donkeys that I love u I love u
or i like u plzz be mine.
This is a mere act of teasing a gal, he migh or might not be interested in u.
But i'll say tht he's not.

Maybe in 2nd grade. Why do you like someone who does this stuff to you? If it was me I would turn around and smack him across his head and tell him to try and pull my hair again. You sound very young, don't waste your time with this loser. Tell him to grow the hell up and leave you alone.
