You'll need a university degree and study geography(earth sciences) and a
lot of math. A good place to start your interest is to volunteer for your local
SkyWarn they will help you identify and report bad weather. Contact your
local NWS they usually sponsor classes.
You could do forensic meterology(study past weather and determine
patterns etc.) Here are some good schools for meterology:

School of Mines-Golden,Colorado
Oklahoma University
Penn State University

well, i have wanted to something with weather all my life. I have a local weather station about 30 minutes from me, but they said i had to be enrolled in college to even volunteer there. I don't know where you live, but NC State has a great school for meteorology and so does University of Wisconsin. You can be on TV or behind the scenes. I prefer behind the scenes right now lol because i am camera shy. I would get enrolled in college, then volunteer at your local weather station, then that will point you in the right direction. And as far as the pay, i haven't heard exactly, but i'm pretty sure its good money, but it all depends on what exactly you do with weather. On tv, behind the scenes, strorm chaser, etc.

I want a million dollars, but I wont get that, will I?

"WANTING" a job is different than obtaining employment in meteorology for which you're qualified.

If you don't have a degree, you'll need one.

Otherwise, if you have TV background and a good knowledge of broadcasting weather, then maybe TV is good. But good luck finding a job there as a lay person. If you don't know people, you're SOL.

Probably a great, well-paid job ... you just need to get qualifications in meteorology. This is usually taught (at least where I come from) as part of a geography degree program.
