Your aviatar is real cute. My mum was 52 she was nearly separated from my dad then..when she took up learning and playing indoor netball, then followed by outdoor netball and athletics even competing in Adelaide, South Australia for the Australian Masters, she won some medals..It doesn't matter how old you are to start any form of exercise you can do it, but it is a development...one step at a time! From little things big things grow!? God bless- I suggest walking first then build to pick up the pace and walking up hills for fat burning workouts...some little weight lifting and crunches too and don't forget to stretch hold position for about 7 seconds. Always hydrate yourself upto about half an hour before exercise-you won't be so dehydrated when you've finished! Kind regards Laura. (I used to be a netball coach)

I'm not an athletic trainer, but in my 40's....
I wish you well -- be selective, some of the younger, less experienced trainers don't connect as well with 'us' more mature women. I work with a trainer who is a little older than I am and she is Grrrreat !!! Good luck.

seriously, unless im very sure i can outshine the rest and make it to the top spot. applying as a trainer should not be a problem to all ages as long as you are experience. most teams would prefer someone that can lead the team to victory =) gd luck!

I'm not a trainer but maybe I can assist with a routine for you. What types of equipment do you have? What comprises your current workouts?

Would I have to excercise, too, or could I just shout out encouragement in between bon-bons?
