All provisions are still in force from the csa so you still have to pay for your child but i would seek legal advice on why you have to pay so much this seems a lot my ex pays me just over £60 a month for our son but i get money taken of my income support because of this about £5 a week so in respect i only get just over £40 for my son a month of his dad, its the government they are greedy and exploiting people, dads are forced to pay out but the child does not recieve it all. So were does all this extra money go, and please dont slag me of because im on income support im not a scrounger i intend to go back to university to study my nursing degree early next year not stay in this hell hole iv just had some realy bad family problems and had to have some time of for a few months.

what I cannot see is like my postman son he pays £400 a month and a man trying to survive and he thinks he should pay towards his children,he just cannot afford the amount,i can see he will lose his house which he has been paying for at least 12 years,of which is falling in to the ground as he can't afford to fix it it up,he has no extra money with his mounting debts and mortgage payments,he will end up with nothing for the 20 years he has worked of which the mother of his children has not,all she ever liked was the vodka,k pay for your children but both parents should be working to keep the children not just trying to screw a man out of every penny he is trying to earn and the women sitting at home on the dole getting their rent paid their council tax paid, child allowance paid, they are the ones sitting pretty watching the ex they have learnt to hate go down the beggar road.it is wrong wrong wrong and the csa will never care about these ment that tried so hard to do the right things but had it thrown back in their faces,i can only hope it happens to every one of them,so they will see what they have done to so many working men

Pay the CSA are you nuts? Take it from me, just ignore these whining female comments. They're only trying to use emotional blackmail to force you to pay the CSA "cretins". The idiots have no idea how evil the CSA really are. Remember the SS guards were only doing their job, yeah right!! Tell the CSA you've left the country and take up contract work. Pay your ex-partner for your child in hard cash as it can't be traced..LOL Unlike these bitter twisted types I understand what it's like to be a "father" who loves his children but feels trapped in a spiral of depression caused by CSA harassment. Open your eyes and see how bitterness makes women lose all sense of natural justice.. Take it from me, the "new" CSA will be just as inept as their "predecessor". They'll never figure out what you're up to or track you down. We are talking about civil servants remember, people so stupid they can't get a proper job..:-) It's so liberating getting back control of your life. I DO know what the CSA are like. I take great pleasure in knowing they've finally got what they deserve, the "chop". Oh what a pity it didn't happen sooner, think of those poor men driven to suicide by those bureaucratic morons.. Get your life back and do what you want with your hard earned cash and OF COURSE pay for your child/children.

You are not actually paying the csa, but you're paying for your child's upkeep and welfare, so think carefully before doing anything silly.

so where is the other £460 going? the csa is notoriously badly run, don't stop financially supporting your child however.

why would you stop paying? Does your child or children not deserve to be supported?
