Yeah, there are gangs.
Many are chapters of US based organizations. Latin gangs aren't as prevalent, since Canada's mexican population is so much smaller than the US.
Local gangs that become prominent often merge with US factions to facilitate cross border trade of illegal substances, which is always a good way to make money.
For example, the 'Rock Machine' in Quebec is a large biker gang that waged a long, public and nasty war with the Hells Angels there. Eventually they allied with the Bandidos (Texas Based), and many were granted status. Apparently, many of those younger members who were not granted full status joined the Angels instead.
So global integration of the supply chain, spin offs and aquisitions happen in the underground world just like the legit business world.

Oh I'm sure there are . There are biker gangs, asian gangs, russian gangs, black gangs, many in the big cities but not they are migrating to smaller towns. We just had two drive by shootings in the past three months in my small little towns, out of towners of course. That's the thing about small towns, we see the out of towners who don't belong here and we remember cars and liscence plates and we report em. More people should.
