Can you please define a Tart Girl? I'm italian and i don't have an idea about what do u mean for tart girl.

My gf was in erasmus at the glasgow university and i saw some pictures in her laptop, modified by some glasgow friends whit things written on paint and near her there was tart girl, is agood or a bad thing?

A 'tart' is a prostitute

You could call someone a 'tart', because they dress immodestly

a tart is usually a term for a girl who dresses up cheaply, to look like a ****/prostitute
doesn't mean she IS one, it's the LOOK
