do you remember at school when you used to say a sentence and then the next person did, and the next etc. and in the end you'd end up with a ridiculous story. lets have a go!! i'll start........

This doesn't work in this format really does it? The concept is good but you have to come up with a more appropriate system. Good luck, great idea though.
